Having given the Subaru Legacy it’s 1st World Rally Championship victory in Rally NZ 1993, Colin McRae returned to NZ in 1994 with the new Subaru Impreza 555 Rally car. He promptly defended his RNZ crown and gave the Impreza the 1st of many victories in the WRC.
